Laborless day-I wish!

woo-hoo for the holiday.

no school is reason enough for me to celebrate!

and that's what ima do after studying some patho :(

to start this lovely labor day morning off,

i made me a big, nice, HOT cup of coffee.

i was leaned over messing with the coffee maker when....

yep you guessed it,

knocked it over all over me!

nothing like a nice burn down your side to get the morning started.

 im okay it just hurt like crazy and now i have a blister.

michael got 2nd as his race-thing on saturday

& we had a blast!

only at night it is really startin' to get cool here

but i lovee that autumn is on the way.

yay for bon fires and smores.

yay for fallings leaves and snuggly sweaters.

i hope everyone has a wonderful holiday.

i'm gonna go try and enjoy it a lil'

What's another word for Random?

hello friends!

it's thursday, thank goodness.

i honestly wasn't sure i'd make it here this week.

i started back to nursing school as you know and 

it has been craziness for me. 

but i thought i'd do a little random/update post tonite.

so......

one. 

ttu school of nursing might be the death of me.

okay not really, but it is seriously some kinda hard.

oh well it will be worth it in the end when

i can actually write jessica waters, rn, bsn!

i can't wait for that day.

today we learned about how to start ivs and i actually started one

on a dummy, but hey i got it in the "vein".

im gonna be super nervous the first time doing it on a human!

two.

i am currently dog sitting for my mom

while she is gone to the beach (lucky).

but i love miss maggie mae and im so excited she is staying

with us for a few days.

three.

saturday michael is ridin in a race about an hour

away and im pretty stoked about it.

i loveeeee going to races

and he has such a great time doing it.

i just hope he does good and stays safe!

four.

i miss crafting!

i haven't really done anything in like 2 weeks.

that's what school does,

take over your life.

but over this wonderful holiday weekend i plan to make 

a few things so hopefully ill at least finish

one of them and ill have some pics to show you!

my brain feels like it just ran a marathon.

1st day back to school was rough.

i am so overwhelmed already.

A Quick Friday...

it's my favorite day for real.

 i'm writing this to you in a sort of a hurry because michael has took the day off and

we have been being busy bees! (wow 4 b's there..haha)

we got up and went to garage sales this morning and i found

the cutest clothes! i'll post pics of some later bc they're in the wash :)

today i just decided to do friday fives with beth.

oh man, i wish i could tell you.

i got into blogging when i started planning our wedding.

i searched thru wedding DIY blogs day and night.

after the wedding i stop reading them of course but

i found some craft blogs and now i read after so many.

i think the first non-wedding blog i read was

the pleated poppy.

her sister in law (i think it is)

has a wedding blog called joyful weddings and events

and it was one of my favorites, then i found lindsey at the pleated poppy.

i seriously love blog reading and writing.
